New York, October 24.- Cuba's permanent representative to the United Nations, Anayansi Rodríguez, highlighted the efforts of the island´s people to build a prosperous nation, despite the obstacles imposed by the U.S. blockade.
Havana, Oct 23.- The President of the Republic of El Salvador, comrade Salvador Sánchez Cerén, will arrive this Tuesday, October 23th in the afternoon to Cuba, on an official visit. During his stay, the distinguished visitor will hold official conversations with the president of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, and will carry out other activities.
Camagüey, Oct 23.- A new maternal home, called Clodomira Acosta, is erected in the vicinity of Pasaje B Street, between Horca and Medio streets, in the city of Camagüey, with the aim of resolving the high demand that this type of medical services has in the province.
