Havana, sept. 4th – Considering the importance of increasing the development of the high-protein plants program designed by the leader of the Cuban Revolution, and taking into account its outcomes and potencialities, as well as the need to put a skillful director at the head of the program, the Council of State agreed to appoint Ulises Rosales del Toro as director of the program - activity that he currently carries on - releasing from his responsibilities as vice president of the Council of Ministers. Also, the Council of State, on the proposal of its president , agreed to promote Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, graduate in Economy, as vice president of the Council of Ministers.
