Foto: CadenagramonteHavana, sept. 4th – Considering the importance of increasing the development of the high-protein plants program designed by the leader of the Cuban Revolution, and taking into account its outcomes and potencialities, as well as the need to put a skillful director at the head of the program, the Council of State agreed to appoint Ulises Rosales del Toro as director of the program - activity that he currently carries on - releasing from his responsibilities as vice president of the Council of Ministers. Also, the Council of State, on the proposal of its president , agreed to promote Jorge Luis Tapia Fonseca, graduate in Economy, as vice president of the Council of Ministers.
He exercised as first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Cuban Communist Party in Ciego de Ávila since 2008 and in Camagüey since september,2012. (Cadenagramonte)
