Shortly before 7:00am, Raul arrived at the site, where he held an animated conversation with other voters gathered there, awaiting the opening of the polls.
After casting his vote, he spoke briefly with the young students safeguarding the ballot box, and as he departed, with sports legend Omar Linares, who also votes at this location. (Granma)
