Photo: Cadenagramonte.Caracas, March 5.- On the morning of March 5, Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, arrived in Caracas, Venezuela, to attend the 15th Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), on the fifth anniversary of the passing of Comandante Hugo Chávez Frías.
The Cuban delegation also includes Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla; Rogelio Polanco Fuentes, Cuban ambassador to Venezuela; as well as other Foreign Ministry officials. (Cadenagramonte)
