The artist will close the gala dinner and the traditional humidor auction, which will benefit the Cuban public health system.
This edition of the event, considered to be the largest festival of Premium cigars in the world, is attended by about 230 exhibitors from 12 countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, China, Panama, Mexico and Cuba, he said.
In this way, he explained, the trade fair grows by 20%, compared to the previous edition.
The XXI Habano Festival is dedicated to the 500th anniversary of Havana, which gives its name to the company.
In this sense, special significance is the presentation of a humidor San Cristóbal de La Habana 1519, which includes 100 cigars of the brand.
It also pays tribute to the five decades of founding of Trinidad cigars, widely recognized by lovers of cigars and that distinguishes the company's portfolio.
Other renowned Cuban cigars, such as Media Luna, Hoyo de Monterrey and Trinidad Esmeralda will have their place in the days of the Festival.
The program of the event also includes an international seminar and visits to plantations and factories, to approach the process of the production of Cuban tobacco and its traditions. (Cadenagramonte)
