Iberia bets on tourism development in Cuba

Photo: PLHavana, May 9 .- After 70 years of its first flight to Cuba, the Spanish airline Iberia continues betting on the development of tourism on the island, with its participation in FitCuba and the arrival today of its president, Luis Gallego.
According to official information, on the night of Thursday, an Airbus A330 / 200 with the name 'Havana' will land at the José Martí International Airport, where the president of the Iberian airline will arrive.
Gallego will head Friday a breakfast called by the Association of Spanish Entrepreneurs in Cuba, where he will talk about the transformation of Iberia and its commitment to the Caribbean island.
Iberia will also sponsor the presentation of the documentary film 'Cuba Crea', by Producciones Monje, which will be at the Valladolid Festival this year.
Meanwhile, on Saturday the airline will organize a concert of Spanish and Cuban musicians in the Palace of the Captains General of Old Havana, which will celebrate the 500th anniversary of the founding of the city.
