In this regard, Phan Dinh Trac ratified the invariable policy of the Communist Party and the State of Vietnam in rejecting the US blockade, as well as the willingness of the top leadership of his country to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship and solidarity with Cuba.

On the Cuban side, Juan Carlos Marsán Aguilera, deputy head of the International Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, was present. (Granma)
