Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, Dec 4.- Army General Raul Castro, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Councils of State and Ministers, paid tribute to the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, at Santa Ifigenia cemetery, in this city.
