Havana, May 7.- It is necessary that "the Constitution be born with support in laws that facilitate its implementation and strengthen it," said the President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, this Monday, at the inauguration of the intensive course on normative techniques, intended for jurists and deputies who intervene in the legislative exercise that the country undertakes after the approval of the new Magna Carta.
