Havana, March 6 .- The process for the constitution, preparation and flagging of the provincial delegations that will participate in the final sessions of the XXI Congress of the Central of Workers of Cuba (CTC), between April 20 and 24, will begin this Wednesday, the sixth of which will be held in Guantánamo and Santiago de Cuba.
