Santiago de Cuba, Mar 11.- Cuba''s President Raul Castro casted his vote in the island''s Sunday general elections to choose memberos to the National Parliament and delegates to Provincial Assemblies.
Havana, Mar 11.- Cuban Minister of Foreign Relations, Bruno Rodríguez, assured today that this country''s elections are an extraordinarily democratic event.
