For greater integration into society

Sierra de Cubitas, Aug. 27.- With the commitment to maintain results in rehabilitation and social integration, members of the National Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired (ANCI), in Sierra de Cubitas, celebrated their Municipal Emulation check.

In the meeting that was based on the house of Mabel Viamonte Toribio, president of the organization in the territory, the work of Adelaida Almarales Gamboa was stimulated, for her active participation in the neighborhood and in cultural and sports activities, merits that make it creditor of the status of Provincial Vanguard.

The meeting that brought together several affiliates also served to congratulate the Cuban federation, on the occasion of commemorating on August 23 the 59th anniversary of the Federation of Cuban Women, and especially the president of the ANCI for her outstanding career as a leader.

Leonel Margaret Guerrero, president of the Provincial Council of the National Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired, informed those present of the change in the Provincial Emulation, which is now being extended in the areas of residence of those people with the aim of making these partners avant-garde have recognition in the neighborhood and in the collective work.
