Sierra de Cubitas, Dec 11.– Numberless activities have been organized and developed in Sierra de Cubitas dealing with cleaning and keep all the communities free from vectors identified as a potential danger against the inhabitants´ health.
The weather conditions of the latest days have been rainy and cold like this Sunday, December 10th when temperature reached 22 degrees Celsius, enough for people to say coats and hot meals were needed to feel warm and comfortable at home.
Although, neighbors from all the communities are aware of preventing any risk not in favor of the families specially babies and old people susceptible to possible diseases such as dengue and others transmitted by insects.
The sanitary actions taken by Committees for the Defense of the Revolution´s members play an important role within the Cuban society since they march to the forefront in many others social, economic and political tasks on which the wellbeing and security of the population depend.
