Culture starts with new challenges in 2018

Cultural activity in the community/Photo: Archive.Sierra de Cubitas, Jan 2.- A new year of work begins in the order of culture. The professionals of this sector in Sierra de Cubitas are proposing new goals to continue consolidating the great work of the Revolution, determined to bring the art in the different manifestations to the most intricate part of the Cuban geography.
The strengthening of the movement of amateur artists from the increase of settlers of all age groups as a way to extend the presentations in each community of the territory, is one of the objectives of those who from the Brigade of Art Instructors will materialize such endeavor.
The creation of new community cultural projects based on the existing potentials in these demarcations is also part of the strategies to be achieved in 2018.
Dance, Music, Theater and Plastic Arts as fundamental manifestations for feedback with their audience, which still do not yield the necessary fruits in the order of the systematicity of amateur groups, is another priority of the present cultural program.
Also create new spaces within the House of Culture is another of the proposals of the new year, to which is added the reactivation of the terrace of the institution itself with a rock that for the 28 of this month, will be dedicated to the birth of 165 Jose Marti.
The cultural extensions with the protagonism of the Voluntad de Corazones Brigade, is another of the efforts that will be maintained with the creativity of the professionals of the culture.
Of the 24 cultural institutions renovated in the province of Agramontina after Hurricane Irma, the cultural institution of Sierra de Cubitas is one of them, with a renewed image and a strengthened artistic potential where more than 30 art instructors of the José Martí Brigade and the Casa de Cultura system are interrelated, reason enough to develop the events of this year and successfully achieve what is proposed in the program of activities.
