Photo: AutoraSierra de Cubitas, March 5, - Reinforcing unity beyond the differences that separate us, in the interest of fighting for a better future for the Latin American region, arose at the initiative of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and Venezuelan leader Hugo Chávez.
In that step in favor of Latin American unity, on December 14, 2004, the Joint Declaration for the creation of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA) was signed in Havana. Consolidating in this way the ideology of Bolivar and Martí.

As well as the radicalization of illiteracy in Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua and Ecuador, through the Cuban program "Yo sí puedo", translated into several languages, are the largest social gains of regional integration of ALBA.
The United States and its plan of assassination with several failed attempts against Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, an old practice of the OAS and the CIA, well known in the continent, we continue advancing and making our way in the region as Mexico is demonstrating and as they continue to do Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua, whose revolutions have not been able to win despite the ruthless aggression and blockades to which they are subjected.
