Photo: AutoraSierra de Cubitas, 6 March.- The best scenario in today's times for learning and knowledge is constituted by cultural institutions, to be able to educate and instruct from the wisdom that they contain from a participatory perspective in the extensive selection of options in which healthy recreation is the prime objective.
All this is possible from the Popular Council if community integration is fostered, so that the population is enriched with elements of orientation and interrelation, an occasion where harmony and the desire to strengthen the culture of the nation becomes an attainable goal from the society.
In the Cuban territory, several initiatives are complemented in the culture sector, an organization with a decisive role in the transformation of the habits and customs of a nation that enhances its identity.
