Let's avoid traffic accidents

Photo: ArchiveSierra de Cubitas, March 11.- Although the municipality of Sierra de Cubitas is not included among the most affected by the occurrence of traffic accidents, work is currently being done to avoid violations of the Road Safety Code.
Among the main actions that take place in the Cuban territory are the impositions of fines, calls for warnings to those responsible for herds of cattle that are often found on the road and whose ownership is unknown, as this is one of the main causes of fateful accidents.
Among the main violations there is: speeding, improper overtaking, driving low the effects of alcohol, the lack of attention driving a vehicle, the latter, in many cases by the use of cell phones or listening music at high decibels and the poor technical condition of the rolling equipment.
The best and most effective antidote must always be the fulfillment of the laws of the transit, only this way we will preserve the most precious good of the human being: life.
