Israel launches land-to-land missiles against Syrian territory

Photo: RHCDamascus, July 24. - Israel launched two missile attacks against Syrian military positions in the provinces of Quneitra and Deraa, 70 km southwest of the capital Damascus.
"The Israeli enemy launched two waves of missiles, the first one was at 1.00 local time and all the missiles were intercepted by the anti-aircraft defense units deployed in the area," said a Syrian army officer consulted by Prensa Latina.
He added that the second Zionist attack occurred at 1.35 local time where a missile reached a radar station on the strategic Mount Tel al-Hara, in the southwest of the province of Deraa, without causing casualties, says Prensa Latina.
According to the official consulted, a Syrian army brigade positioned on Mount Tel Ahmar near the town of Nabee Sakher in the province of Quneitra, was hit by another Zionist missile.
He revealed that four soldiers were injured in the assault, two of them were admitted to the provincial hospital of Quneitra, and the others were taken to hospitals in the capital due to the seriousness of their injuries.
According to military sources told Prensa Latina, unlike the previous aggressions that were carried out from Israeli planes, ground-to-ground missiles fired from Israeli positions on Mount Hermon in the occupied Syrian Golan were used in today's attack settlements observed Israeli reconnaissance aircraft flights.
