Representatives of more than a hundred parties and other organizations that make up this consultation platform approved in a plenary session at the Hotel Alba Caracas the Final Declaration, the action plan and other resolutions of this conclave, which highlighted the need to insist on the struggle and libertarian thoughts of Simón Bolívar to face the counterrevolutionary and neoliberal wave driven from the centers of hegemonic power.

We are obliged with our peoples to prevent the Monroe Doctrine from achieving its interventionist ends. In front of the Monroe Doctrine, the Bolívar Doctrine, points out the document, the result of the rich reflections and dialogues held in several spaces since the appointment began last Thursday.

Reports from Prensa Latina and other media outlets refer to the emphasis that the documents make on the imperative of the unit, as well as the unrestricted support for Venezuela and its constitutional government headed by the legitimately elected president Nicolás Maduro.

Let us continue to build the broadest anti-imperialist and anti-neo-liberal unity, with respect to the diversity of the parties and political forces of the left, of the popular social movements that unite them to defeat the imperialist offensive, the document says.

Likewise, international progressive parties and movements called for the strengthening and promotion of integrationist initiatives constituted in the region.

Before the disintegrating plan of the right, we propose the integrating, sovereign and dignified plan of our peoples. In the face of the Free Trade Agreements promoted by the United States, we defend sovereign integration projects such as CELAC, ALBA-TCP, Mercosur and other integrationist initiatives, summarizes the text.

The Declaration denounces the threats of United States military intervention against Venezuela, supports the right of this nation to peace, self-determination and sovereignty, and expresses support for the political dialogues promoted by the Bolivarian government with different currents of the opposition to stabilize the situation in the country.

Attendees also repudiated unilateral coercive measures against Venezuela and Cuba, as a form of genocide and massive human rights violations, Prensa Latina reported.

We recognize the urgent need to curb the systematic aggressions of imperialism against sovereignty, self-determination and integration of our peoples; the advance of a right with fascist expressions that promote hatred and social extermination, said the statement of the Sao Paulo Forum.

He also recognized the potential of the mobilized peoples who have defended democracy and popular sovereignty in Honduras, Puerto Rico, Brazil - for the freedom of Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva -, Argentina, and the resistance of democratic-popular processes in Bolivia, Nicaragua , Cuba and Venezuela.

Last Thursday began the numerous workshops, symposiums, seminars, round tables and other meetings of this annual convocation conclave, under the motto "For Peace, Sovereignty and Prosperity of Peoples", in which about 600 members of left movements and parties of Latin America, North America, Asia, Africa and Europe; According to official figures.

After the dialogue, the approved documents express the commitment to advance in an agenda focused on the defense of peace and democracy in the region, ‘committed to the proclamation of Latin America and the Caribbean as a zone of peace’.

The fruitfulness of this XXV Encounter has been a widespread feeling in the voice of its participants, but also because of the angry reaction of the forces of the right, the same in that South American country as in other capitals of the continent, which have tried to distort misrepresent or misinform about the meeting and its objectives.

The call to unity and integration and actions for the parties and other members of this concertation platform to achieve it is a very concrete result, with a strategy seen by a central Bolivarian as José Martí was.

In Patria on June 11, 1892, the Cuban National Hero wrote “Our enemy obeys a plan: to find ourselves, to dispense, to divide, to drown. That is why we obey another plan: to teach ourselves at all our height, to squeeze, to get together, to make fun of it, to finally make our homeland free. Plan against plan. » (Trabajadores)
