It will be Trump’s first visit to Latin America. He will meet with Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, the White House said.

In a preview of what is to be expected from the Washington-sponsored event, earlier this week Trump spoke on the phone with Peruvian president Kuczynski. According to a White House readout, cited by CNN, the two discussed restoring democracy in Venezuela and the upcoming summit. (RHC)
