Sierra de Cubitas, 18 dic.- René Almaralez Fernanadez es uno de los 36 delegados que eligieron los habitantes de la zona de Banao en Sierra de Cubitas para que por dos años y medio los represente. Con orgullo y satisfacción reconoce la responsabilidad asumida por más de 18 años.
