The opening speech will be in charge of the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres, who has made a global call to combat racism, discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.

According to his menaje on March 21, at the moment there is an increase in xenophobia, racism and intolerance throughout the world.

No country or community is immune to racial and religious hatred and intolerant terrorism, he said and stressed that unity is vital to uphold the principles of equality and human dignity.
