UN Rapporteur affirms that Helms-Burton Law harms Cuban economy

United Nations, May 14.- The activation of Titles III and IV of the Helms-Burton Act undermines the economic prospects of Cuba and causes a serious impact on the people of the island, said today Idriss Jazairy, special rapporteur of the Rights Council United Nations Human Rights on the adverse impact of unilateral coercive measures.



Paris, May 14.- Cuba and Monaco confirmed the positive state of bilateral relations during a meeting between the Cuban ambassador, Elio Rodríguez, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Principality, Gilles Tonelli.
