Syrian president condemns foreign intervention in his country

Damascus, June 14.- Syrian President Bashar al-Assad says that the American, French, Turkish and Israeli troops present in his country are occupying forces. Assad made the remarks on Wednesday during an interview with the al-Alam News Network, where he stressed that Syria's position is to support "any act of resistance, whether against terrorists or against occupying forces regardless of their nationality."



Tehran, Jun 13.- President Hasan Rohani warned that his country will abandon the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) or nuclear deal, if it does not receive benefits.
Singapore, Jun 12.- The first meeting in nearly 70 years between the rulers of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the United States concluded today with the consensus to work together to normalize their relations and to denuclearize the Korean peninsula.
