First innovation beats in Sierra de Cubitas

Sierra de Cubitas, Jan 18.- The spaces of the Fifth International Meeting of Creative Women Workers in Sierra de Cubitas were filled by more than 60 works which constitute the first beats of innovation, a movement that comes to life with the creativity of those who achieve with their contributions the solution to social and family everyday problems.
Remberto Santana Perdomo and Zonia Recio Aldana, president and vice-president, respectively, of the National Association of Innovators and Rationalizers (ANIR) in the province of Camagüey as well as other leaders of the territory attended this event, opportunity that opened the doors to the schedule to take place in all the districts of the region already mentioned.
Some unions such as Science and Sport, Education, Culture, Health and Food were included in the large inventory of the most representative of the event to reach the highest number of best papers exposed.
According to Zonia Recio, this contest helps giving women the opportunity to be protagonists of solutions where their economic contribution is essential and ratified their commitment to have the Cuban Revolution progress continually.
The municipality of Sierra de Cubitas will be represented at the provincial competition with five works evaluated as relevant ones by a prestigious local jury. These papers’ exposition showed the requirements needed where the novelty and the import substitution are basic elements.
The innovation and rationalization of resources of the Cuban State through the creation of women is an important force of Cuban Trade Unions (CTC), the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) and society as a whole.
