Cultural life in Sierra de Cubitas promoted by youths

Sierra de Cubitas, Feb 1.- Many different activities are being developed in Sierra de Cubitas by young art instructors linked to the House of Culture to increase recreational options as part of the fulfillment of the aims stablished since the end of the year 2017.
The meeting of Saturdays at night in the courtyard of the institution where young people often attend and enjoy the characterization of the cultural fair - Para llevarte -, with games of participation and expo sales have been so far well accepted.
According to those who initiated these meetings, the selection of topics that make wider the culture of the participants as well as the dance competitions for the youth and adolescents of the municipality are included amomg the options of preference of the inhabitants.
The first showing of the documentary Gloria City on February 5 at nine pm in the community of the same name, directed by the audiovisual actress and director Isabel Santos is something else people should be attentive to.
This movie program in recent times won several collateral awards at the last International Festival of New Latin American Cinema, a good examle to make known the beautiful and interesting history of this territory.
