Sierra de Cubitas, May 6.- The main problems of the housing issue were analyzed in the Council of the Municipal Administration of Sierra de Cubitas, which urged to refine the work of one of the areas that currently has the highest priority in the country.

A certain advance showed in the territory the construction of those buildings to people receiving subsidies, although in that sense it was indicated to give a greater follow-up to go knowing of the progresses that they experience, whose budget is delivered without interests by the State to citizens with low income.

One issue to be resolved is the presence of the technicians of the Municipal Housing Directorate in each Popular Council, although representatives of that entity have expressed that this does not constitute a deficiency, since they have sought variants for their solution.

 According to reports, the study of the technical status of the housing fund has been completed in order to facilitate the implementation of conservation, rehabilitation and new construction plans.

At present, work is being carried out by the Construction and Assembly Company No. 2, in the adaptation of eight premises in the former Julio Sanguily preuniversity, although the contribution of the Provincial Integral Maintenance Company (EPIM), which has not yet concluded, was negatively evaluated. none of the three houses that have assigned him for his conclusion.

The indisciplines present with the compliance stipulated in the Habitacionales Basic Cells, is a point that requires the corresponding analyzes, in addition to a more systematic check
