Sierra de Cubitas, May 13.- In Cuba, vocational training and professional guidance in children and young people has been given fundamental importance, recognizing the guiding role of the school. It is the responsibility of educational centers, at different levels, aimed at guaranteeing this type of work without isolating the role of the family that plays a fundamental role.

In this Cuban municipality work is done to achieve these intentions by guaranteeing a coherent practice that starts from the first grades, taking advantage of all the possibilities offered by the teaching-educational process to convey to students the love for the profession for which they feel vocation and a solid political-ideological disposition that carries with it the commitment to serve the Cuban Revolution.

The Basic Urban Secondary School, Pedro Alejandro Padrón Alemán, has included in this endeavor the family and the community in the participation of events, circles of interest, extradocentes and extracurricular educational talks, in correspondence with the level of education, supervised by specialists, where they provide the necessary knowledge to students in this educational process.

One of the activities carried out in the territory is called Open Doors, extended to the community shows those interested in the different races, the scenarios where it will be developed. All these are based on the needs of each territory, you can also add the participation of primary schools in the town of Sola as, José Martí, Enrique Hart and Forjadores del Futuro.

The integral formation of the students supposes the development of values like the industriousness and the responsibility, those that will have to consolidate like labor qualities.
