Boosting the economy from the community

Sierra de Cubitas, Jun 19.- Community self-sufficiency, an unavoidable premise that from the collective action ensures the follow-up of the priorities at the level of Popular Council.

Diversifying food with the support of the family and the role of the federated in this demarcation, were addressed in the Plenary of the Federation of Cuban Women in order to contribute to the updating of the economic model, with the search for alternatives from the base.

It is valid to emphasize that the willingness to take advantage of every available land space requires popular participation, a decision that can only be materialized with the rigor demanded by current times.
