Moscow, Feb. 22.- The official spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zajárova, reported on Friday that the United States is moving special forces and equipment to the Venezuelan border.
They are "preparing a dangerous provocation with the humanitarian convoy." "The situation in Venezuela has reached a critical point," said Zajárova.
"A dangerous and large-scale provocation is scheduled for February 23: the crossing of the border of Venezuela by the so-called 'humanitarian convoy' incited and directed by Washington," he added.
